SHIPPING
We ship orders within Australia via Australia Post and couriers.

$13.95 for orders up to $79.00, or FREE over $79.00.

Express Postage is a flat rate of $19.95


PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak Christmas periods.


DELIVERY
Typical delivery times are shown below (from date of dispatch), however delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We dispatch from Sydney NSW.

Metropolitan areas (QLD, NSW, VIC): 2 - 4 days

Metropolitan areas (SA, WA, TAS, NT): 3 - 7 days

All Rural deliveries: Add 1-2 days. 

 

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or delivered in error. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. We do not accept returns delivered by hand.

RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS

If you wish to return a faulty item please email us at hello@christmascrackerwarehouse.com. Please include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief explanation of the faulty item(s). Refunds and exchanges can take 3-5 working days to be processed. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow, and therefore not deemed as a fault.

DELIVERY RETURNS

If your order is returned to us due to inaccurate address details or collection of items not within correct time frame, the purchaser will be responsible for the freight movement for the return, and for the re delivery.
