We ship orders within Australia via Australia Post and couriers.
$13.95 for orders up to $60.00, or FREE over $60.00.
Express Postage is a flat rate of $19.95
PROCESSING TIME
** Order placed between 24/12/2023 - 8/1/2024 will not be processed till 8/1/2024 **
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can. Most orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days, though there may be some delays around sales and peak Christmas periods.
DELIVERY
Typical delivery times are shown below (from date of dispatch), however delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. We dispatch from Sydney NSW.
Metropolitan areas (QLD, NSW, VIC): 2 - 4 days
Metropolitan areas (SA, WA, TAS, NT): 3 - 7 days
All Rural deliveries: Add 1-2 days.
CHRISTMAS 2023 CUT-OFF DATES
Ensure delivery prior to Christmas by ordering by the following dates:
Standard Delivery:
Western Australia: Midday Tuesday 12th December 2023
Northern Territory, Tasmania, Far North Queensland: Midday Thursday 14th December 2023
South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales: Sunday 17th December 2023
Express Delivery:
Western Australia: Friday 15th December 2023
Northern Territory, Tasmania, South Australia Far North Queensland: Sunday 17th December 2023
Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales: Midday Tuesday 19th December 2023
Sydney Metro: Midday Wednesday 20th December 2023
*This allows our warehouse time to process your order and items to be dispatched. We make every effort to get your parcel out to you promptly however once your item has left the warehouse the delivery is in the hands of Australia Post. Please note that delivery times are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or delivered in error. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. We do not accept returns delivered by hand.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS
If you wish to return a faulty item please email us at hello@christmascrackerwarehouse.com. Please include your name, telephone number, order number and a brief explanation of the faulty item(s). Refunds and exchanges can take 3-5 working days to be processed. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow, and therefore not deemed as a fault.
DELIVERY RETURNS
If your order is returned to us due to inaccurate address details or collection of items not within correct time frame, the purchaser will be responsible for the freight movement for the return, and for the re delivery.
